Refund Policy
Clear and transparent guidelines on billing and refunds.
1. General Policy Overview
Due to the custom nature of web development, design, and digital marketing, the time and resources allocated to your project cannot be recovered. Therefore, our refund policies are strictly structured around the specific engagement model you choose.
2. Fixed Price Projects
For fixed-price agreements, an initial deposit is required to commence work. This deposit reserves our team’s time and covers the initial strategy and design phases. Initial deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled by the client before completion, no refund will be issued for the deposit, and the client will be billed for any additional work completed beyond the deposit’s value.
3. Hourly and Dedicated Expert Models
Under our Hourly and Dedicated Expert models, clients are billed for actual time spent working on the project. We do not offer refunds for hours already worked and billed. You may pause or cancel an hourly or dedicated engagement at any time with written notice, preventing any future billing.
4. SEO and Digital Marketing Services
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital marketing campaigns require ongoing effort and time for search engines to index and rank content. While we use industry-leading strategies, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or immediate ROI. Payments for monthly SEO and marketing retainers are non-refundable.
5. Maintenance and Hosting
Monthly maintenance, security, and hosting retainers are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel these services at any time with a 30-day notice. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of a billing cycle in which a cancellation occurs.
6. Project Abandonment
If a client fails to provide necessary feedback, content, or approvals for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned. Abandoned projects are not eligible for refunds. A reactivation fee may apply to resume work on an abandoned project.
